YASS you guys, this was a super fun workout to format for y'all. We start out with a sculpt sequence that flows and transitions smoothly. We move quickly but it's because this section includes a lot of small movements. After that, we move into a solid core circuit targeting those abs! You will feel it tomorrow but in a good way!!
