Short + Sweet workouts are designed to get you going for at least 10-15 minutes a day BUT each class is formatted so that you can do it multiple times and create a longer workout. Start the video over or take a break and then set another time for 5 minutes and do the 'Go' part again! Awesome upper body Build & Go style class.
