This is a great workout if you are moving slow but still want to get a good sweat in. This workout was designed to take you from creaky and sore to movin' and groovin. We start out with a slow warm-up that builds to a burn and then finish with two high-intensity Tabata Circuits! Jump in & let me know what you think below!
