Equipment: Medium Kettlebell/Dumbbell
AH, my first time being LIVE in a hot minute, it was a lot of fun and also I was weirdly feeling the pressure! HAHA, it was great to connect with you guys todya. This AMRAP Style workout requires one medium weight, I used a kettlebell but a dumbbell would work beautifully! AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. In today's workout, we have 3 circuits of work. The first one being 10 minutes, the second, being 8 and then 6. I explain everything before the timer starts and then we go through as many times as possible for so many minutes!
