p.s. I wanted to record in my room but when I record horizontally in my room... my head gets cut off so don't hate me for filming vertically.
p.s.s. I also accidentally didn't turn on the receiver so... even though I have my mic on... it's not doing anything LOL. So, I tried to edit the sound in post but it's not perfect -- but neither should your yoga practice or YOU. We are constantly evolving!
