Alright, I did a spur of the moment live zoom class one day in Decemeber when we got a massive snowfall here in NYC. I recorded it via Zoom which is why the quality is a little wonky but the workout is premium quality I assure you! ;) It's a simple circuit that builds strength and gets your heart rate high! (My friend Derik makes one small appearance haha #learningcurve)
