This is an awesome class for beginners to advanced to take. We work opposing muscle groups to get a full-body workout as well as work on progressions SO, if you want to take the first level of everything you absolutely can, if you're ready to level up take the progression. Also, to make this a little more difficult use heavier dumbbells :) Enjoy.
