Equipment: 1 dumbbell or weight
This is a level 3 workout because I am very sore today haha AND because I go pretty quick, so if you are familiar with my workouts you will probably be fine. AMRAP's are great because you can rest whenever you want to. You got this, let me know what you think!
NOTE: I have been having some technical difficulties lately. I ran out of storage on my phone while recording this in the very LAST minute of the AMRAP but I included a count down so you can finish strong. Also, check out this cool down video for after, or make sure to do your own 5-10 min cool down. Stretch those hamstrings - you will thank me later.
