This is a compilation of workouts that have already been filmed for BFITTE GO (whether that be previously live, a specific type of class, or for a program - I pulled from everywhere) there are also some brand new workouts that you will see here first!!
This challenge is for all levels, my main goal is consistency. I want to support you in finding a routine of getting on your mat each day whether that's for an intense sweaty workout or a sensible stretch & flex.
