This is a compilation of workouts that have already been filmed for BFITTE GO (whether that be previously live, a specific type of class, or for a program - I pulled from everywhere) there are also some brand new workouts that you will see here first!!

This challenge is for all levels, my main goal is consistency. I want to support you in finding a routine of getting on your mat each day whether that's for an intense sweaty workout or a sensible stretch & flex.

Movement is movement!

    Here's what we are doing:

    Alt Fwd Lunge + 1 db Press fwd /Twist
    Curtsy Lunge to Back Lunge + OH Press (1db racked)
    SL RDL to Knee Drive + 1db Bicep Curl
    Squat + around the World w/ 1db *no notes

  • YOGA TO STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
